Answering some of those frequently asked questions!

1. Do you clean outdoor cushions?

Yes. We can clean them in our area rug cleaning facility or we can clean them at your home. We also have a product that we can apply to your outdoor furniture that is a mildew inhibitor. It will slow down the growth of mildew through the summer season.

2. Do you clean Leather Upholstery?

Yes.   Matthew has gone through IICRC training and has earned his certification in Leather Cleaning .  To be honest, there are not too many people that are certified in Leather Cleaning!  He has passed on his knowledge and expertise to our other technicians.

3. My carpet has a couple of bleach spots right in the middle of the room, is there anything that can be done?

Yes! We have gone through the special and intricate training to learn how to repair the color in your carpet. We may not be able to match the color perfectly but we can remove those bleach spots from the focal point of the room. We would be happy to provide an on-site, no obligation, consultation for you.

4. What is the turn around time for the cleaning of area rugs at your facility?

Our normal turn around time is approx. 2 weeks. Sometimes, an area rug contaminated with urine can take more aggressive solutions and repeated cleanings to thoroughly remove the urine.
