Wood Floor RestorationOur clients know The Clean Team to provide wall-to-wall, upholstery, and drapery cleaning as well as area rug cleaning in our own in-plant facility. We have an additional service that we would like to familiarize you with. It is Rx for Wood Floors™. This 3-Step Process can save you time and money. Rx for Wood Floors™ is an award-winning product which can bring your surface scratched, split and/or dull wood floor back to its natural beauty & luster without the mess of sanding dust throughout your home or office. The best features of this product: minimal disruption and mess, the cost is comparable to sanding and refinishing and you don’t have to leave your home while the work is being done. Rx for Wood Floors™ consists of 3-Steps. Step 1 is completely cleaning and restoring the floor's surface. The cleaning of the floor enables the floor finish that is applied in step 3 to adhere to the floor's existing top layer of polyurethane. In Step 2 we are able to fill in any shallow holes, gouges and scratches with a matching putty mixed to match your floor. In the Step 3, two coats of water based acrylic floor finish are applied in either Satin, Semi-Gloss or High-Gloss. he entire process, depending on floor size, is completed in one day.
